Campus RV Park Manager

The board of directors is looking for a talented, motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee the management of the approx. 4-acre facility. The qualified individual for this position should have at least eight to ten years of management experience, preferably at a campground, hotel, resort, or an institution (school, health care facility, etc.). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: the management of operations, buildings and property repairs/maintenance, personnel and marketing. Lake Doniphan Grounds Keeper

The Lake Doniphan Leadership Program provides participants with an opportunity to develop interpersonal, professional and life skills in a unique camp setting. Leadership Program participants will learn and work in multiple areas of camp, conference and retreat management. The assignment will vary each day and week, depending on the needs of the camp, and the skills of the participant. Training, certification and responsibility will focus on Grounds Upkeep and Maintenance. Specific responsibilities may include office and guest support, landscape maintenance, small engine maintenance/care, inventory, sanitary/safety requirements, etc. Staff may live on site during summer season, May – August. Meals will be provided when Lake Doniphan provides meals for groups.

Lake Doniphan Housekeeper

The Lake Doniphan Leadership Program provides participants with an opportunity to develop interpersonal, professional and life skills in a unique camp setting. Leadership Program participants will learn and work in multiple areas of camp, conference and retreat management. The assignment will vary each day and week, depending on the needs of the camp, and the skills of the participant. Training, certification and responsibility will focus on Program Hospitality. Specific responsibilities may include office and guest support, inventory, sanitary/safety requirements, etc. Participants can reside at the campgrounds, be provided housing and meals when Lake Doniphan provides meals for groups.

Lake Doniphan Kitchen Assistant

The Lake Doniphan Leadership Program provides participants with an opportunity to develop interpersonal, professional and life skills in a unique camp setting. Leadership Program participants will learn and work in multiple areas of camp, conference and retreat management. The assignment will vary each day and week, depending on the needs of the camp, and the skills of the participant. Training, certification and responsibility will focus on Program Hospitality and Food Service. Specific responsibilities may include office and guest support, meal preparation, inventory, sanitary/safety requirements, etc. Staff may live on site during summer season, May – August. Meals will be provided when Lake Doniphan provides meals for groups.

Lake Doniphan Summer Activities Staff

The Lake Doniphan Leadership Program provides participants with an opportunity to develop interpersonal, professional and life skills in a unique camp setting. Leadership Program participants will learn and work in multiple areas of camp, conference and retreat management. The assignment will vary each day and week, depending on the needs of the camp, and the skills of the participant. Training, certification and responsibility will focus on three areas Activities, Administration/Hospitality and Water Safety. Specific responsibilities may include lifeguard, waterfront, sports, office and guest support, pool management, archery instruction, small watercraft instruction, leading games/activities, sanitary/safety requirements, etc. Participants will reside at the campgrounds, be provided housing and meals when events are occurring, and work 35-45 hours per week from approx. May 22 through approx. August 11.
